# The Hidden Door

> The Hidden Door LLC (Memphis, Tennessee) runs web presence for local businesses on flat monthly plans: website hosting, small website edits, Google Business Profile and Google Workspace management, and ad management on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads. ## Plans
- **Foundation — $50/month:** Secured website hosting with backups, small website edits, Google Business Profile management and Google Workspace management. Google Workspace fees not included. Tennessee sales tax applies.
- **Tier 1 — $300/month:** Everything in Foundation plus management of one ad platform: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads or ChatGPT Ads. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platform.
- **Tier 2 — $600/month:** Everything in Foundation plus management of three ad platforms: Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the platforms.

**Website build or rebuild — $4,000 to $6,000 one-time:** designed and built for the business, mobile-first, set up for Google and AI search; rebuilds usually take under 30 days; the client owns the site once paid in full; pay in full, in milestones, or finance with Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay.

**Custom — quoted:** offline and secure AI solutions that run on the client's own hardware, so sensitive data stays inside the business. Text or call (901) 307-3600.

Ad spend is never included: each ad platform bills the client's own card directly. Tennessee sales tax applies to the Foundation portion only.

## FAQ
- **Who pays for the ads themselves?** You do, directly. Google, Meta and OpenAI each bill the card on your own ad account. The Hidden Door never holds or marks up your ad spend.
- **How can I pay?** Every payment goes through a secure Stripe checkout from The Hidden Door LLC. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, or bank account (ACH). You get an emailed receipt every time.
- **When am I charged for a monthly plan?** Your first month is charged when you subscribe, and that starts service. After that, your plan renews automatically on the same date each month. You can update your card, see invoices, or cancel any time from your billing portal.
- **How does paying for a website build work?** You text or email us about your project and we send you a written quote. Then you get a secure checkout link for your quote. You can pay in full, pay a deposit to start with the rest at milestones, or finance it. Work starts once your first payment goes through.
- **Can I finance a website build?** Yes. At checkout you can choose Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay to spread the cost out. Afterpay splits amounts up to $4,000 into 4 payments. Affirm and Klarna cover larger amounts with monthly payments over a longer term. Approval and terms come from the financing provider, and we're paid up front, so your financing is between you and them.
- **Can I pay a deposit and the rest later?** Yes. Most builds start with a deposit, and the rest is due at agreed milestones, such as design approval and launch. Your quote spells out the amounts and dates.
- **Do I own my website and accounts?** Yes. Your domain, content, data, and your Google, social and ad accounts are yours. If you leave, The Hidden Door hands over a full copy of your site.
- **How do I cancel?** Give 30 days' notice, by email or from your billing portal. You pay through the end of the last month; there are no partial-month refunds.
- **What counts as a small edit?** Changes to existing pages: hours, prices, dates, events, photos and wording. New pages, new features or a redesign are quoted in writing before any work starts.
- **Can I change ad platforms or tiers later?** Yes. Switching which ad platform is managed doesn't change your price. Moving between tiers only changes the ad management line; the Foundation plan carries on.
- **How much does a website build cost?** Website builds and rebuilds are a one-time $4,000 to $6,000, quoted for your size and scope. Pay in full, in milestones, or finance it with Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay. Rebuilds are usually done in under 30 days, and you own the finished site once it's paid in full.
- **Do you offer private or offline AI?** Yes. As a custom plan, The Hidden Door builds secure AI solutions that run offline or on the client's own hardware, so sensitive data never leaves the business. Scoped and quoted in writing; text or call (901) 307-3600.
- **Is there a setup fee or contract?** No setup fee and no long contract. Plans are month to month, and your first month's payment starts service.
