You do, directly. Google, Meta and OpenAI each bill the card on your own ad account. We never hold or mark up your ad spend.
Every payment goes through a secure Stripe checkout from The Hidden Door LLC. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, or bank account (ACH). You get an emailed receipt every time.
Your first month is charged when you subscribe, and that starts service. After that, your plan renews automatically on the same date each month. You can update your card, see invoices, or cancel any time from your billing portal.
You text or email us about your project and we send you a written quote. Then you get a secure checkout link for your quote. You can pay in full, pay a deposit to start with the rest at milestones, or finance it. Work starts once your first payment goes through.
Yes. At checkout you can choose Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay to spread the cost out. Afterpay splits amounts up to $4,000 into 4 payments. Affirm and Klarna cover larger amounts with monthly payments over a longer term. Approval and terms come from the financing provider, and we're paid up front, so your financing is between you and them.
Yes. Most builds start with a deposit, and the rest is due at agreed milestones, such as design approval and launch. Your quote spells out the amounts and dates.
Yes. Your domain, content, data, and your Google, social and ad accounts are yours. If you leave, we hand over a full copy of your site.
Give 30 days' notice, by email or from your billing portal. You pay through the end of the last month; there are no partial-month refunds.
Changes to existing pages: hours, prices, dates, events, photos and wording. New pages, new features or a redesign are quoted in writing before any work starts.
Website builds and rebuilds are a one-time $4,000 to $6,000, quoted for your size and scope. Pay in full, in milestones, or finance it with Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay. Rebuilds are usually done in under 30 days, and you own the finished site once it's paid in full.
Yes. As a custom plan, we build secure AI solutions that run offline or on your own hardware, so sensitive data never leaves your business. Scoped and quoted in writing. Text or call (901) 307-3600 to talk it through.

Yes. Switching which ad platform we manage doesn't change your price. Moving between tiers only changes the ad management line; your Foundation plan carries on.
Legal
These terms apply when you subscribe to a plan from The Hidden Door LLC ("we", "us"). By checking "I agree" at checkout and paying, you ("you", the business that subscribes) accept them.
You pay only the plan price shown at checkout, plus any sales tax, and nothing else without your written approval.
Foundation ($50/month) covers website hosting with security and backups; small updates on request (hours, prices, dates, events, photos and wording on existing pages); Google Business Profile management; and Google Workspace management.
Ad management add-ons ($250/month for one platform, $550/month for three) cover setting up and looking after your campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and/or ChatGPT Ads.
Not included, and quoted in writing before we start:
How you are billed. Every charge comes from The Hidden Door LLC through Stripe, with an emailed receipt. If you are ever asked to pay us any other way, or to pay a person rather than the company, contact Kathy first.
Legal
Only to provide your services, bill you, and contact you about your account. We never sell your information or your visitors' data.
Only the services that make your plan work: Stripe (billing), Cloudflare (hosting), and the Google, Meta and OpenAI platforms you ask us to manage. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it once your account is closed: [email protected]. When you leave, we remove our access to your accounts.
